1. General
Wzrds.ai ("the Company") respects the privacy of its website visitors and is committed to protecting their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law (Hok Hagnat HaPrivatiut), 5741-1981, and Amendment 13 thereto, as well as the Privacy Protection Regulations (Information Security), 5777-2017.
2. Information we collect
Full name, email address, company name, and message content — submitted through the contact form on the site. In addition, the site loads technical resources from external providers, such as Google Fonts, which may receive basic communication data such as an IP address as part of the technical request. We do not collect sensitive personal data (ID number, date of birth, gender, health status), and we do not use tracking cookies or tracking-based advertising.
3. Purposes of data processing and legal basis
Information submitted via the contact form is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. It is not used for direct marketing, profiling, or any other purpose. The legal basis for processing is: (a) explicit consent — given by checking the consent checkbox in the contact form before submitting the inquiry; (b) legitimate interest — responding to business inquiries directed to us, in accordance with section 1(2) of Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not transfer, sell, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Contact form submissions are transmitted via the Web3Forms service for the purpose of delivering the inquiry to the Company's email inbox. In addition, the site uses Google Fonts for font loading. These services may process basic communication data required for the provision of their service, and such processing is also subject to the relevant providers' policies.
5. Data retention
Contact form submissions are transmitted via Web3Forms and delivered to the Company's email inbox. The transmission provider may perform temporary technical processing of the submission in accordance with its policy. After delivery, the information is retained and managed within the Company's email channels in accordance with the Company's organizational email retention policy.
6. Your rights (pursuant to Amendment 13)
You have the following rights: Right of access — to request to know whether information about you is held. Right to erasure — to request deletion of information related to your inquiry. Right to object — to object to the processing of your information. These rights will be exercised with respect to information held by us in our inquiry-handling channels, and where necessary we will also act vis-à-vis the relevant technical provider in accordance with its policy and our obligations under law. 7. Information security
We implement reasonable and accepted security measures to protect information in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law and the Information Security Regulations. All communications are encrypted using TLS 1.3.
8. Notification of a security incident
In the event of a security incident (data breach) that may cause harm to data subjects, the Company will act in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Information Security), 5777-2017: (a) it will notify the Registrar of Databases at the Privacy Protection Authority within 72 hours of discovering the incident; (b) it will notify affected data subjects without undue delay, with details of the nature of the incident, the type of data exposed, and the steps taken to mitigate the harm; (c) it will document the incident, the steps taken, and the decisions made.
9. Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any other tracking technology. The site may store technical storage components and local preferences in the browser — such as consent and accessibility settings — for the purpose of proper operation and a consistent user experience. In addition, external technical providers may use technical means required for the provision of their services.
10. Database registration
Wzrds.ai is careful to comply with the database registration requirements under the Privacy Protection Law. Details regarding registered databases may be obtained by contacting privacy@wzrds.ai.
11. Protection of minors
The Company's services are intended for persons aged 18 and above only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has submitted personal information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians wishing to delete a minor's information are invited to contact us at privacy@wzrds.ai.
12. Automated decision-making
Wzrds.ai does not use automated decision-making mechanisms or user profiling. All decisions relating to inquiries and services are made by a human.
